Ingredients

 1: chicken 1 kg (cut into 12 pieces)

 2: onion 2 large (grind to a paste)

 3: green chilli 6

 4: garlic 12 cloves

 5: lemon juice 1/2 cup

 6: dry whole red chilli 12

 7: curry leaves 30

 8: ginger 2-inch piece

 9: coriander seeds 2 tbsp (dry roasted crushed)

 10: salt 1 tsp

 11: cumin seeds 2 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)

 12: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

 13: oil 1/2 cup

 14: water 1 cup

 15: fresh coriander 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. HOT & SPICY MASALA CHICKEN

    1: in a pan add water, dry red chilli and wait for a boil on high flame.

    2: then add lemon juice, green chili, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, salt mix and cook on a medium flame for 1 & 1/2  minutes.

    3: tel the mixture cool and grind to a paste.

    4: add the mixture to the chicken mix well, cover, and leave it for 1/2 hour.

    5: heat oil add curry leaves, and fenugreek leaves, and fry for a minute, then add the onion paste and fry on high flame till gets light golden.

    6: now the marinated chicken mix and wait for a boil on high flame, then cook covered on low to medium flame till the chicken is cooked and the oil comes on the surface.

    7: add fresh coriander mix.

    8: Served hot with roti.
