Homemade Paneer (Cheese)

Best Season: Suitable throughout the year

Ingredients

1: Black peppercorns 1/4 cup

2: Black caramom (moti ilaichi) 10 pieces

3: Dried ginger powder (sonth) 2tbsp

4: Mace (javatri) 1tbsp

5: Poppy seeds (khus khus) 1 tbsp

6: Coriander seeds (dhania) 1/2 cup

7: Green cardamom (hari elaichi) 15 pieces

8: Cumin seeds (zeera) 1 cup

9: Cloves (long) 1tbsp

10: Nutmeg (jaifal) 1tbsp

11: Cinamon stick (daal cheeni) 5 pieces 1inch

12: Coriander powder (dhania powder) 2tbsp 

Instructions

  1. 1: GRIND ALL THE SPICES AND STORE THEM IN AN AIR-TIGHT JAR AND USE THEM EVER REQUIRED.
