Ingredients: 1: confectioners sugar 2 cups (powder sugar) 2: unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup 3: full fat milk powder 2 & 1/2 cups (i used NESTLE NIDO) 4: salt 1 tsp 5: corn flour 2 tsp To serve: 1: milk or hot water

HOMEMADE HOT CHOCOLATE
Recipe: 1: seive confectioner sugar, cocoa powder, milk powder, salt, corn flour, mix well. 2: store it in a clean air tigh box or jar in a cool place (shelf life 1 year). 3: to serve: you need hot water 250ml or hot milk 250ml with 2 tbsp of hot chocolate mix powder, it can be made in both as showen in the video (can also be made in cold milk, but add it in a blender milk and powder, mix well so thay are no lumps). 4: can garnish with cream, marshmallow.
