HIGH HEEL CUPCAKES
Ingredients
1: cupcakes readymade or check my playlist (when making the cupcakes at home use bright colour liners)
For frosting:
2: powder sugar 500g
3: cream cheese 300g
4: salted butter 250g (room temperature)
5: vanilla essences 1tbs
For decorating:
1: dark chocolate 100g (melted)
2: white chocolate 100g (melted)
3: food colour as many as You want
4: Belvita breakfast biscuits (covered with melted chocolate)
5: wafer rolls (cut in half slanting angle)
6: ice cream cones (cut small and cover with chocolate)
7: different colour sprinkles, silver balls, sugar sand, wafer flowers etc
8: piping bags and nozzles
Instructions
-
1: to make the frosting in a bowl add cream cheese, butter and beat on high speed till combined.
2: then add the powder sugar, vanilla and beat till gets thick (can add more powder sugar if not getting thick).
3: melt both chocolates to cover the biscuits and cone, remaining will be used ti stick the wafer rolls to make the heels.
4: divide the frosting in separate bowls and add the colours you like mix well (add enough colour to make it bright).
5: transfer the frosting in separate piping bags with nozzles.
6: pipe the frosting on the cupcakes, decorate it with sugar sand take a biscuit and push it in the cupcake, add melted chocolate on the wafer roll and place it under the biscuit and leave it to settle.
7: then decorate more with the things you want.
8: serve and impress you guest ;)
