GUR KA SHARBAT (Jaggery)

Ingredients

1: jaggery 400g (gur)

 2: black pepper corn 1 tsp

 3: lemon juice 6 tbsp

 4: green cardamom 6

 5: fennel seeds 1 tsp

 6: water 1 litre

 7: ice cubes as much you like

 8: ginger 2 inch piece (crushed)

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add water, jaggery mix till gets dissolved. (or warm water and add the jaggery mix)

     2: then grind black pepper corn, green cardamom, fennel seeds to a powder.

     3: add the grinned powder, lemon juice, ginger in the water mixture, mix well cover and leave it for 30 minutes.

     4: now strain the mixture, add ice.

     5: serve cold.
