GUACAMOLE DIP

Ingredients

1: avocados 3 ripe

2: onion 1 small (finely chopped)

3: tomato 1 medium (deseeded and chopped)

4: lime juice of 1 (lime)

5: garlic 4 cloves (crushed)

6: salt 1/2 tsp

7: fresh coriander 1 & 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. GUACAMOLE DIP

     1: cut the avocado remove the pit and spoon out the avocado and mash it.

     2: add the tomato, coriander, garlic, salt, onion, lime juice mix well.

     3: store in a air tight container.

     4: serve it with fajitas, taco, nacho.
