GRANOLA

Ingredients

1: rolled oats 3 cups

2: fried coconut slices 1/2 cup

3: sultanas 1/2 cup

4: sunflower seeds 1/2 cup

5: sesame seeds 1/2 cup

6: dried cranberries 2/3 cup

7: almonds 1/3 cup (chopped)

8: pecans 1/3 cup (chopped)

9: brown sugar 1/4 cup

10: olive oil 1/3 cup

11: honey 1/2 cup

12: salt 1/2 tsp

13: vanilla essences 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. GRANOLA

     Preheat Oven 350f, 180c, Gas Mark 4.

     1: in a bowl mix oats, sesame seeds, almonds, pecans, and sunflower seeds and mix well.

     2: in a pan add olive oil, vanilla essence, salt, honey, and brown sugar and cook on low flame for 5 minutes till the sugar dissolves.

     3: now add this mixture to the oats and mix well.

     4: Transfer the oats to a baking tray and spread evenly, bake for 20 minutes but after 1o minutes take out and mix well and bake again for 10 minutes, till golden.

     5: now leave to cool.

     6: add the coconut, sultanas, and cranberries mix well, and keep in air-tight jars or boxes.

     7: serve with milk, yogurt fresh fruits of your choice
