GOLA KABAB MASALA

Ingredients

To Make Gola Kabab:

 1: beef mince 1 kg

 2: fried onions 1 cup

 3: papaya paste 1 tbsp (heaped)

 4: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 5: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 8: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 9: roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp

 10: desiccated coconut 2 tbsp

 11: cashew nuts 25

 12: thick greek yogurt 3 tbsp

 

 For Curry:

 1: thick greek yogurt 1 cup

 2: onions 2 large (grind to a paste)

 3: salt 1 tsp

 4: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 5: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 6: water 1/2 cup

 7: green chilli 3 (sliced)

 8: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 9: oil 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. GOLA KABAB MASALA

     1: in a blender add the roasted chickpeas, cashew nuts, coconut and grind it well.

     2: in a chopper add the mince, grinned mixture and all the ingredients under kabab, grind well till gets smooth.

     3: lightly grease your palms and make balls, keep aside.

     4: heat oil add grinned onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till changes colour, on high flame.

     5: then add salt, red chilli powder, yogurt mix well add water wait for a boil on high flame.

     6: now add the kababs cover and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes, till the oil comes on the surface.

     7: garnish it with green chilli, coriander.

     8: serve hot naan or roti.
