Gobi Keema
Ingredients
1: mutton mince 1/2 kg
2: oil or Ghee 1/3 cup
3: cinnamon stick 1 piece
4: black cardamom 1
5: black peppercorn 10 to 12
6: cloves 4
7: cumin seeds 1 tsp
8: onion 1 large (finely sliced)
9: ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp
10: tomatoes 2 medium (sliced)
11: green chilli 2 (chopped)
12: fresh ginger 1 inch (sliced)
13: cumin powder 1 tsp
14: turmeric 1/2 tsp
15: corainder powder 1 tsp
16: salt 1 tsp
17: red chilli powder 1 tsp
18: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
19: cauliflower 1/2 kg ( place the cauliflower in the hot water for 20 minutes & dran the water )
20: fresh coriander handful
21: green chilli 4
22: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Instructions

1: heat oil add cinnamon stick, black cardamom, black peppercorn, cloves, cumin seeds, onion, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till changes colour.
2: then add tomatoes, green chilli, ginger, cumin powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, dry fenugreek leaves, water 1/2 cup mix and cook on medium flame till the water dries.
3: now add the mince and cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.
4: then add water 1 cup and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.
5: add the cauliflower, ginger just a few pieces and simmer on low flame for 8 minutes.
6: then add fresh coriander, green chilli, and garam masala powder mix well.
7: serve hot with rice, roti, paratha.
