GARLIC RAITA

Ingredients

 

 

1: yogurt 1 kg

2: milk 1 cup
 
3: green chilli 12
 
4: garlic 12 pieces
 
5: onions 2 large (finely chopped)
 
6: cumin seeds 1 tsp
 
7: salt 1/2 tsp (or to your taste)
 
8: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
 
 
 
 
 

Instructions

  1. GARLIC RAITA

     

     

    1: grind the garlic, green chilli, 1/2 cup milk.

    2: mix it with the yogurt and onion, spices mix well.

    3: serve with rice, or any curry.

     

    Note: can also add tomatoes, cucumber too.
