Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

 1: potatoes 1/2 kg (pealed & cut in wedges)

 2: hot water

 3: salt 1 tbsp

 

 

 For Dip:

 1: mayonnaise 6 tbsp

 2: honey 3 tsp

 3: garlic powder 1 tsp (heaped)

 4: parsley 1 tsp (or) 1/4 tsp

 

 

 For Topping:

 1: olive oil 4 tbsp

 2: parmesan cheese 60g

 3: dry bread crumbs 8 tbsp

 4: corn flour 4 tbsp

 5: paprika powder 2 tsp

 6: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 7: garlic powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 8: salt 1/2 tsp

 9: oregano 1 tsp

10: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. NOTE: Preheat Oven 200C, 180F, gas mark 6.

     

     1: place the potatoes in a large bowl, pour hot water and add salt mix, leave it for 20 minutes.

     2: in a bowl add all ingredients under sauce, mix well and keep aside in the fridge to serve later with the wedges.

     3: drain the water from the potatoes and wipe them with a tissue.

     4: pour olive oil on the potatoes, mix well.

     5: in a bowl mix parmesan cheese, dry bread crumbs, corn flour, paprika powder, black pepper powder, garlic  powder, salt, oregano, crushed red chilli mix well.

     6: transfer the dry mixture on the potatoes mix well and place then on a baking tray with baking paper as shown in the video.

     7: place the tray in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.

     8: serve hot with the sauce and enjoy.
