Gajar Ka Halwa Sugar Free

Ingredients

 1: carrots 1 kg ( peeled & grated )

 2: ghee 1/3 cup (or) butter 170g (or as much as you like)

 3: milk 1/2 litre

 4: green cardamom powder 1 tsp

 5: milk powder 1/2 cup

 6: almonds 25 (sliced)

 7: pistachio 25 (sliced)

 8: low sweetener (canderel powder) 1/3 cup (or) as much as you like 

Instructions

  1. 1: Place the grated carrots, and milk in a large pot wait for a boil, and cook on low to medium flame till the liquid dries completely.

    2: now add ghee or butter and cook well for a further 8 minutes, keep stirring.

    3: add green cardamom powder and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    4: then add milk powder and mix well.

    5: then add the almonds, and pistachio mix add low sweetener mix well on high flame for a few minutes.

    6: garnish with more nuts.

    7: serve hot, warm or cold.
