GAJAR KA HALWA (CARROT’S PUDDING)

Ingredients

 

 

1: carrots 2 kg (peeled, washed and grated)

2: sugar 1 large cup (or to your taste can add more)
 
3: eggs 2 (sliced for garnishing)
 
4: full fat milk powder 2 cups(heaped)
 
5: green cardamom 8
 
6: butter 250g
 
7: almonds 25 (soak in hot water peel and slice)
 
8: coconut 3 tbs
 
 
 
 

Instructions

  1. GAJAR KA HALWA (CARROT'S PUDDING)

     

     

    1: melt butter add the green cardamom, carrots, sugar mix and cook on high flame till the water dries.

    2: now add the milk powder mix well and cook on low flame so it will not burn, keep stirring.
     
    3: then add the the almonds, coconut mix and simmer for 3 minutes on low flame.
     
    4: garnish with sliced boiled eggs.
     
    5: serve hot, enjoy.
