1: heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and onions and fry it till gets soft.
2: then add tomatoes, green chili, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt, and mix well cook on high flame so that the water dries.3: now add the broad beans, water 2 cups mix well cook on high flame, when comes to a boil, lower the flame to low to medium and cover cook till starts to get thick.4: while cooking mash a little as well with a masher.5: once it starts to get thick add the lemon juice and mix well.6: garnish it with olive oil, tahini paste and olives.7: serve hot with naan or pita naan .
