FRIED CHICKEN BREAD BALLS

Ingredients

1: chicken breast 2 large

 2: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
 
 3: green chilli 3(chopped)
 
 4: salt 1/4 tsp
 
 5: bread slices as required(cut the sides)
 
 6: bread crumbs as required (boxed)
 
 7: eggs 2 to 3
 
 8: Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups
 
 9: sweet corn 1 cup (canned)
 
 10: bell pepper 1 cup (any colour and finely chopped)
 
 11: mayonnaise 4 to 5 tbs
 
 12: crushed red chilli 1tbs
 
 13: salt 1/2 tsp
 
 14: water 1cup

Instructions

  1. FRIED CHICKEN BREAD BALLS

     1: in a pan add water, chicken, salt, ginger and garlic paste, green chilli cover and cook on medium till the water completely dries.

     2: leave the chicken to cool, then shred the chicken.
     
     3: now in the chicken add the salt, bell pepper, corn, crushed red chilli, cheese, mayonnaise mix well.
     
     4: beat the egg.
     
     5: now dip the bread slices in some water and then press the bread and squeeze the water out, add the filling a tbs
    press firmly to make the ball shape.
     
     6: dip the bread balls in the egg and then in the bread crumbs.
     
     7: heat oil in a pan and add the balls and fry till gets golden all round.
     
     8: place the balls on a paper towel to drain extra oil.
     
     9: serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
