FRIED BREAD TRIFLE

Ingredients

 

1: bread slices 6

2: pineapple bits 1 small can & the syrup

3: milk 1 liter

4: vanilla essences 1tbs

5: corn flour 3tbs

6: double cream 1 cup

7: cherry 6 to 7

8: chocolate chips 3tbs

9: almonds 6 (crushed)

10:pistachio 6(crushed)

11:jelly mango 1 packet (set and cut)

12:jelly pineapple 1 packet (set and cut)

13:oil for frying

14:sugar 3/4 cup

 

 

Instructions

  1. FRIED BREAD TRIFLE

     

     

    1: heat oil fry the bread slices till golden, then keep on paper towel to drain extra oil.

    2: in a pan add milk, sugar, vanilla and wait for a boil on high flame.

    3: then mix corn flour with little water to make a paste, add this to the milk and keep mixing till gets thick on high flame.

    4: arrange the fried bread slices top it with the home made custard, leave to cool.

    5: then top it with cream, pineapple, jelly, chocolate chips, crushed almonds, pistachios, and cherry.

    6: keep in fridge to cool.

    7: serve and enjoy.
