FIRNI RECIPE (Sugar Free)

Ingredients

1: milk 1 litre
2: soft dates 150g (deseeded and soaked in hot milk 1 cup)
3: rice flour 2 tbsp (mixed with water 1/2 cup)
4: corn flour 1 tbsp (heaped mixed with water 1/3 cup)
5: almonds 30 (sliced)
6: kewra water 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1.  1: soak the dates in hot milk for 30 minutes.

     2: grind the dates with the soaked milk, to a paste.

     3: heat milk, wait for a boil, add the rice flour and cook on low to medium flame till the mixture looks thick (but not to   thick).

     4: now add the corn flour and cook till gets thick.

     5: then add the grinned dates mixture, kewra water, almonds mix well.

     6: transfer it in a serving dish, top it with almonds, and keep it in the fridge to cool.

     7: serve cold.
