Dhuwan Kofta Karahi
Ingredients
For Making Kofta:
1: green chilies 5
2: bread 1 slice
3: dry roasted gram flour 3 tbsp
4: garam masala powder 1 tsp
5: red chilli powder 1 tsp
6: salt 1/2 tsp
7: tikka masala powder 1 packets (50g)
8: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
9: yogurt 4 tbsp
10: mutton mince 1 kg
For Curry:
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: Tomatoes 1 kg
3: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
4: crushed black pepper 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
6: salt 1 tsp
7: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
8: green chilli 6 to 7
9: fresh coriander handful
10: ginger 1 inch (Julian cut)
11: coal to smoke the curry
Instructions

1: in a chopper add green chili, bread, gram flour, garam masala powder, red chili powder, salt, tikka masala, ginger & garlic paste, and yogurt and grind it well then add the mince and grind till mixed well and becomes smooth.
2: now grease your palms and make balls with the mixture and keep aside.
3: heat oil and add the tomatoes cover and cook it on medium to low flame till the tomatoes get soft and then remove it and take the skin of the tomatoes and keep aside.
4: now heat oil and add the tomatoes, cumin seeds, black pepper, crushed red chilli, salt, ginger & garlic paste mix and cook on medium flame till the tomatoes get soft and reduced.
5: then add green chill, kofta and do not mix the curry with a spoon or the kofta will break so to mix it pick the pot and rotate the pot as shown in the video add 1 cup of water and wait to boil and then cover and cook on low to medium till the oil comes on the surface (you can deep fry the kofta and add to the curry your choice).
6: now add fresh coriander, and ginger and mix well.
7: heat coal place it on a piece of foil add a little oil and cover the curry so the smoke settles.
8: Served hot with naan, and roti.
