Dhaba Style Pakora Recipe

Ingredients

 To Make Pakora:

 1: onions 4 medium (sliced)

 2: bell-pepper 1 medium (deseeded & sliced)

 3: green chilli 4 (chopped)

 4: potatoes 2 medium (sliced)

 5: curry powder 1 tbsp

 6: salt 2 tsp

 7: red chilli powder 2 tsp

 8: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

 9: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp

10: nigella seeds 1 tsp

11: mustard seeds 1 tsp

12: turmeric 1 tsp

13: carom seeds 1 tsp

14: fennel seeds 1 tsp

15: fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp

16: coriander leaves hand-full

17: eggs 4

18: gram flour 2 cups

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil for frying

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add all ingredients under pakora mix well.

     2: heat oil.

     3: wet your palms slightly and make shape of the pakora, place it in hot oil and fry on medium to high flame till gets golden and crisp, once fried place on paper towel.

     4: serve hot with chutney.
