Ingredients

1: mutton 1kg

2: Thick Greek yogurt 1&1/2 cup

3: onions 2 large (finely chopped)

4: dry milk powder 1 cup

5: deghi mirch 1&1/2tbs

6: salt 1ts (heaped)

7: garam masala powder 1ts

8: ginger & garlic paste 2tbs

9: tomato paste 2tbs

10:cashew nuts 20

11:poppy seeds2tbs

12:sesame seeds 2tbs

13:bullet green chilli 2

14:oil 1 cup

15:fresh coriander handful

 

Instructions

  1. 1: heat oil and fry the onions till golden on high flame.

    2: grind cashew nuts, poppy seeds, and sesame seeds with a little milk or water to a smooth paste, and keep aside.

    3: When the onions are golden add ginger & garlic, tomato paste, deghi mirch, salt, and ground paste mix well add the meat, and cook till changes color.

    4: add water 4 glasses wait for a boil on high flame then lower the flame to low to medium cover and cook till the meat is tender and the water dries & oil comes on the surface.

    5: now add the yogurt, milk powder, and garam masala powder mix and cook till the oil comes to the surface on high flame.

    6: then add coriander, and green chilli mix.

    7: Served hot with naan.
