Dahi Vada Recipe
Ingredients
For Making Vada:
1: moong dal 1/2 cup (washed & soaked over night)
2: masoor dal 1/2 cup (washed & soaked over night)
3: chana dal 1/2 cup (washed & soaked over night)
4: onion 1 small (peeled & cut in small pieces)
5: green chilli 3
6: garlic 4 cloves
7: salt 1 tsp
To Make Dahi Vada:
1: yogurt 1/2 kg
2: milk 1 cup
3: salt 1/2 tsp
4: cumin seeds 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
5: chat masala 1 tsp
6: onion 1 small (finely chopped)
7: sweet tamarind chutney 5 tbsp
8: papari as much required
9: fresh coriander 1 tbsp
Instructions

1: in a blender add the onons, green chilli, garlic and dal grind it corsely and keep n a bowl, use little water to grind it not to much, then add salt and mix well.
2: heat oil and add the mixture with a spoon as showen in the veideo, once you add the mixture then fry them on medium flame till gets golden.
3: once they are fried leave it to cool completely and then store it in a air tight box or zip lock bags in the freeze for a month or 2 and when u want to use them take them out from the freezer and lave it for 30 minutes and then place in hot water with some salt till gets soft, squeez the water and follow the recipe.
4: mix yogurt, milk salt.
5: place the vadas in a serving dish, yogurt mixture, cumin, chat masala, onion, sweet tamarind chutney, papari, fresh coriander.
6: serve cold and enjoy :)
