DAHI KE KEBAB

Ingredients

1: hung curd 1 cup(take a bowl place a sieve on it and then place the muslin cloth add the thick yogurt 3 cups twist the  cloth to remove water, place weight on it and keep in fridge over night, this is home made hung curd) 

 2: paneer 1 & 1/2 cups (grated)

 3: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)

 4: ginger 2 inch (grated)

 5: green chilli 4 (chopped)

 6: fresh coriander 3 tbsp

 7: salt 1 tsp

 8: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 9: dry bread crumbs 2/4 cup

 10: corn flour 3 tbsp

 11: crushed red chilli 1 tsp

 12: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 

 For Frying:

 1: oil

Instructions

  1. DAHI KE KEBAB

     1: now add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well (except corn flour).

     2: now make the kebabs, and roll them in corn flour.

     3: heat oil and fry till golden on both sides.

     4: Served hot with mint chutney.
