Curry Patta Gosht

Ingredients

For Marination:

 1: mutton 1 kg

 2: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 3: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 4: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp (heaped)

 

 Grind For Curry:

 1: onions 2 large 

 2: green chilli 10

 3: fresh coriander 1 bunch

 

 For Curry:

 1: oil 3/4 cup

 

 For Tempering The Curry:

 1: oil or ghee 4 tbsp

 2: dry red chilli 12

 3: curry leaves fresh 30 (or) dry 2 tbsp

  1. 1: in a bowl add meat, salt, red chilli, ginger & garlic paste mix well and leave it for 1 hour.

    2: in a blender add onions, green chilli, and fresh coriander and grind it to a paste.

    3: heat oil add the grind paste of onions and fry on high flame till no liquid remains.

    4: now add the marinated meat and fry on high flame till the meat changes colour, add water 1 & 1/2 glass water for  a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is tender and oil comes on surface.

    5: in pan heat oil add dry red chilli, and curry and fry on a medium flame for 1 or 2 and then transfer it to the meat curry.

    6: Served hot with roti naan.
