CRUNCHY CHICKEN BURGER

Ingredients

Marinating Chicken:

 1: chicken breast 2 large (slice each piece in 2 & flatten it)

 2: ketchup 2 tbsp

 3: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 4: salt 1/2 tsp

 5: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 6: mustard paste 1 tsp

 7: hot sauce 2 tbsp

 8: lemon juice 2 tbsp

 

 For Batter:

 1: plain flour 4 tbsp

 2: corn flour 2 tbsp

 3: baking powder 1/2 tsp

 4: salt 1/2 tsp

 5: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 6: milk (as much required to make thin batter)

 

 For Coating:

 1: corn flakes 3 to 4 cups (crushed)

 

 For Frying:

 1: Oil

 

 To Assemble:

 1: buns 4

 2: onions

 3: lettuce

 4: cheese slices

 

 For Making Sauce:

 1: mayonnaise 1/2 cup

 2: ketchup 1/2 cup 

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add chicken and all ingredients under marination, mix well, cover and leave it for 20 minutes.

     2: in a bowl add all ingredients under batter, mix well.

     3: crush the corn flakes.

     4: mix ketchup, mayonnaise mix well.

     5: heat oil.

     6: dip the chicken in the batter, roll it in corn flakes, press the chicken on corn flakes so it sticks well.(can freeze at this   stage)

     7: fry the chicken on medium flame, till gest golden.

     8: warm the buns with little oil or butter.

     9: spread the sauce on the bun top and bottom, place lettuce, chicken, cheese onion, sauce, cover with the top.

     10: serve hot with FriesColeslaw and Drink of your choice.
