CROUTONS CHICKEN BALLS

Ingredients

For Chicken:

 1: boneless chicken 1 kg

 2: corn flour 4 tbsp (heaped)

 3: sweet corn 1/2 cup

 4: garlic 1 tbsp (crushed)

 5: green chilli 10 (crushed)

 6: salt 1 tsp (heaped)

 7: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 8: egg 1

 

 For Coating:

 1: bread slices 12 (cut in small pieces)

 2: garlic 2 tbsp (crushed)

 

 For Frying:

 1: oil

Instructions

  1. CROUTONS CHICKEN BALLS

     1: mix the bread and garlic.

     2: in a chopper add all ingredients written under chicken and blend till combined.

     3: grease your palms and make small balls(not big), cover them with bread cubes, and firmly press so they stick to the mixture (if the mince is too soft for you to handle keep them in the fridge for 30 to 40 minutes).

     4: heat oil add the balls and fry on a medium flame for 20 minutes till golden, place them on a paper towel to remove extra oil.

     5: Served hot with sweet chili sauce.
