  1. CRISPY FRIED ONION
    1: cut the onion very fine.
     
    2: with your hands mix the cut onion to separate the layers.
     
    3: in a sifter add a handful of onion add the cornflour and mix well.
     
    4: add the onions straight away after adding the cornflour (if left the onion will leave the water and you will not have crispy onions) the oil should be medium hot, as it needs to fry inside out, to get crispy.
     
    5: the flame needs to be low to medium fry till golden and crisp.
     
    6: once fried spread them on the paper towel so that the extra oil is drained, let them cool, and then can be used as required.

Note

do not get tempted to brown it too much because as it cools down it tends to get darker, which will give you a bitter taste.
