In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the pakora mixture and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Fry the chicken pieces in the hot oil until golden and crispy on medium to high flame for 8 to 9 minutes.

Once fried, place the chicken on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Garnish with chaat masala.
