Crispy Chicken Chana Pakora
Ingredients
1: boneless chicken 400g (cut in thin strips)
2: onions 2 medium (sliced)
3: green chilli 4 (chopped)
4: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
5: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
7: coriander seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
8: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
9: gram flour 1 cup
10: raw chana dal 1 cup (boiled till gets tender)
11: fresh coriander 4 tbsp
12: oil fry deep frying
Instructions

1: boil the chana dal till gets tender, then mash have of the dal the rest as it is and keep aside.
2: in a bowl mix chicken, onions, green chilli, fenugreek leaves, crushed red chilli, salt, corainder seeds, cumin seeds, mix and then add gram flour mix again and now add water and mix the mixture.
3: now add the dal and mix well, fresh corainder mix well.
4: heat oil.
5: now take small portion of the mixture and add it to the hot oil, once you add the mixture fry it on medium flame as we have to cook the chicken, once golden keep on paper towel.
6: serve with sweet imli chutney, ketchup your choice.
