CRISPY CHICKEN BALLS

Best Season: Suitable throughout the year

Ingredients

For Boiling Chicken:

1: chicken breast 1/2 kg

2: salt 1 tsp

3: black pepper powder 1 tsp

4: Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp

5: water 1 cup

6: ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp

 

Other Ingredients For Mixing:

1: bread slices 3

2: milk 1/4 cup

3: fresh coriander 1/2 cup

4: Bullet green chilli 2 (finely chopped)

5: salt 1/2 tsp

6: egg 1

 

For Coating:

1: dry bread crumbs 1 & 1/2 cup

2: egg 1

For Frying:

1: oil

 

Instructions

  1. CRISPY CHICKEN BALLS

     1: in a pan add all ingredients under boiling chicken, and cook the chicken till all water dries.

     2: shred the chicken.

     3: add milk to the bread and mix well, mash it well.

     4: now add the mashed bread to the cooked chicken and coriander leaves, green chili, egg, and salt and mix very well.

     5: beat the egg.

     6: heat oil.

     7: make balls of the mixture, the size of a golf ball.

     8: roll it in egg then bread crumbs. (AT THIS STAGE CAN FREEZE THEM AND USE WHEN REQUIRED)

     9: Deep fry till golden on medium flame.

     10: serve hot with ketchup.
