Creamy Fruit Dessert
Ingredients
- 400g chopped apples
- 800g sliced bananas
- 400g sliced strawberries
- 6 small kiwis, chopped
- 350g grapes, halved
- 500g chopped mangoes
For the Syrup:
- 350ml thick mango juice
- 400g sweetened condensed milk
- 270ml double cream
Other Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp crushed pistachios
- 2 tbsp raisins

In a large bowl, combine all the fruits and mix thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the syrup until well combined. Pour the syrup over the fruits and mix gently to coat all the fruits evenly.

Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 6 hours to allow the flavours to meld.

Before serving, garnish the dessert with crushed pistachios and raisins.
