1: preheat the oven to gas mark 6, 400f, 200c.2: take the foil wrap it around the ice cream cones and keep it aside.3: cut the puff pastry into strips and wrap it around the mold of the cone and foil, about two strips should do, wrap from the top going down and the next strip close to the one where it ended.4: beat the egg, and brush it on the puff pastry.5: sprinkle the sugar on the puff pastry.6: stand the cones on a baking tray and bake them till light golden color or 15 minutes.7: once baked leave it to cool, then remove the cones.8: in a bowl add the cream, icing sugar, and vanilla essence to beat till gets thick.9: pipe the cream into the baked cones.
