Coconut Macaroons
1: in a bowl add the egg whites, sugar and mix well, then add the coconut and the red food color mix well.
2: in a nonstick pan add the mixture and cook on low flame till no moisture is left keep stirring.
3: then remove it and keep in a plate to cool it a bit.
4: preheat oven 160c, gas mark 3, 325f.
5: grease a baking tray and put baking paper on it, now spoon on the coconut mixture as large or small you like, and bake it for 1 hour.
6: once baked take out and let it cool completely.
7: serve and enjoy :)
