Coconut Custard

Ingredients

 1: milk 2 liter

 2: sugar 1 cup

 3: sabudana 1 cup (soaked in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes)

 4: coconut milk 400ml (1 can)

 5: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

 6: vanilla custard 3 tbsp (mixed with) milk 1/2 cup

 7: jelly 2 packets (any flavor you like)

 8: almonds 10 (crushed)

 9: mix fruit cocktail 420g can

  1.  1: in a pan add milk, and sugar and cook till the sugar dissolves.

     2:  add the sabudana and cook till gets transparent on medium heat.

     3: then add coconut milk, and green cardamom powder mix and cook on medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes.

     4: now add vanilla custard mixture and keep stirring till gets thick on medium to high flame, then keep aside to cool completely.

     5: once at room temperature then add the fruit cocktail, and jelly and mix well.

     6: transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with nuts and jelly, and keep it in the fridge to chill.

     7: serve chilled.
