CINNAMON ROLL CAKE

Ingredients

 For Cake:

 1: plain flour 3 cups

 2: sugar 1 cup

 3: baking powder 4 tsp

 4: vanilla essences 1 tbsp

 5: eggs 2

 6: salted butter 110g (melted)

 7: milk 1 & 1/2 cup

 

For Cinnamon Swirls:

 1: salted butter 170g (softened)

 2: brown sugar 1 cup

 3: plain flour 2 tbsp

 4: cinnamon powder 1 tbsp

 

For Frosting:

 1: powder sugar 1 & 1/2 cups

 2: milk 4 tbsp

 3: vanilla essences 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. CINNAMON ROLL CAKE

    Preheat Oven 350f, 180c, gas mark 4.

    1: for the cake: sieve the flour, salt, and baking powder. Then add the eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla essences and whisk till combined.

    2: grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and transfer the batter in it.

    3: now mix butter, brown sugar, plain flour, and cinnamon powder and drop over the cake mixture evenly, swirl the topping and cake mixture with a knife.

    4: bake for 28 to 32 minutes or till checked with a toothpick comes out clean.

    5: mix powdered sugar, milk, vanilla.

    6: once the cake is baked spread the frosting on the cake.

    7: Served with tea or coffee.
