Chutney Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

For Green Chutney:

 1: garlic 2 cloves

 2: green chilli 3

 3: dessecated coconut 1 tbsp

 4: salt 1 tsp

 5: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp

 6: lemon juice 3 tbsp

 7: fresh corainder 1 small bunch

 8: fresh mint 1 small bunch

 9: water a few tbsp

 

 For Chicken Filling:

 1: chicken 500g (boiled with 4 tbsp vinegar, salt 1 tsp, water)

 2: tomato ketchup 3 tbsp

 3: peri peri sauce 3 tbsp

 4: sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp

 5: mayonnaise 3 tbsp

 6: salt 1/2 tsp

 7: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: bread slices

 2: ketchup

Instructions

  1.  1: in a blender add all ingredients under chutney, grind to a paste.

     2: boil chicken with vinegar, salt and then shred the chicken.

     3: place the boiled and shredded chicken and all ingredients under filling in the bowl mix well, if the mix look dry can add more mayonnaise and ketchup.

     4: for each sandwich you need 3 slices of bread.

     5: cut the sides of the bread.

     6: spread chicken mixture on one slice, second slice spread the green chutney, third slice ketchup and place one on the other as shown in the video.

     7: cut the bread and serve.

     8: serve with fries and cold drinks.
