CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients
1: plain flour 2&1/2 cups
2: unsalted butter 270g (room temperature)
3: sugar 1 cup
4: packed brown sugar 1 cup
5: vanilla essence 1 tbs
6: eggs 2 (room temperature)
7: salt 1/2 tsp
8: baking soda 1 tsp
9: chocolate chip semi sweet 1&1/2 cups

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1: sieve the flour, salt, baking soda and keep aside.
2: beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar till creamy on high speed for 2 minutes.
3: now add the vanilla, 1 egg and beat then add the other egg and beat again till combined.
4: then add the flour mixture and beat for a smooth dough.
5: now add the chocolate chips and mix it well.
6: now scoop the dough on the baking tray can also use a tbs spoon and bake for 10 to 12 minutes for medium cookies and 13 to 15 minutes for small ones.
7: serve hot with cold milk.
