Chocolate Brownie Sizzler

Ingredients

For Chocolate Brownie:

 1: plain flour 1 cup

 2: unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup

 3: chocolate chips 1 cup

 4: icing sugar 1 & 1/4 cup

 5: pecans 1/2 cup (chopped)

 6: baking powder 1/2 tsp

 7: vanilla essences 1 tbsp

 8: chocolate chips 1/2 cup

 9: eggs 2

 10: salted butter 100g

 

 For Sauce:

 1: chocolate chips 1 cup

 2: whipping cream 1 cup

 

 For Serving:

 1: glazed cheries

 2: pecans (chopped)

 3: vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Chocolate Brownie Sizzler

     Preheat Oven 350f, 180c, Gas Mark 4, 15 Minutes Before.

     

     1: sieve together plain flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and mix it with a dry spoon, now add pecans mix again and  keep aside.

     2: melt the 1 cup chocolate chips, butter on a double boiler till completely melted.

     3: in a separate bowl add the eggs and beat till frothy and then add icing sugar and beat till combined and becomes  pale in colour.

     4: now add vanilla and melted chocolate and butter mixture and beat till combined.

     5: add the dry mixture and fold till combined add hot water 1/4 cup if the batter is to thick (as i used).

     6: then add the chocolate chips 1/2 cup mix well.

     7: take a square tin 9 inch tin grease it add baking paper grease again, add the batter and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes,  or till a skewer inserted comes out clean.

     8: on a pan add cream, chocolate chips and cook on low flame till the chocolate chips melt and comes to a boil, once it  boils switch off the flame.

     9: once the brownies are baked leave to cool, cut in squares.

     10: heat the sizzler plate, heat the sauce add the brownies on the hot plate, ice cream, cherries, nuts, drizzle chocolate  sauce and add the sauce.

     11: serve and enjoy.
