CHINYOTI KHEER

Ingredients

1: Milk 1&1/2 litter

2: Rice 1/2 cup (soaked for 4 hours)

3: Khoya 1/2 cup - click the link for my homemade KHOYA video

4: Vanilla Custard powder 1 tsp

5: Green cardamom powder 1 tsp

6: Sugar 3/4 cup

7: Kewra water 1 tsp

8: Almonds and pistachio sliced 2 tbsp each

9: Silver sheet (warq) 2

 

 

Instructions

  1. CHINYOTI KHEER

     

     

    1: Boil milk add soaked crushed rice, cook stirring for 15 minutes till rice tender.

    2: then add khoya and sugar, keep stirring add custard powder mixed into a paste with 1/4 cup milk, cook till kheer thick.

    3: lastly add green cardamom powder, Kewra water mix well.

    4: remove, set in a dish sprinkle with pistachio and almonds slice, garnish with Sheet (warq).
