CHINESE PAKORA
Ingredients
For Pakora:
1: carrot 2 large (grated)
2: cabbage 1 & 1/2 cup (finely sliced)
3: bullet green chilli 5 (cut in four)
4: onions 2 large (finely sliced)
5: potatoes 4 medium (finely sliced)
For Batter:
1: gram flour 2 cups
2: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
3: Chinese salt 1 tsp
4: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
5: black pepper powder 1 tsp
6: baking soda 1/2 tsp
7: water as much required to make a thick batter
For Frying:
1: oil

CHINESE PAKORA
1: heat oil for frying.
2: in a bowl sieve the gram flour add all ingredients under the batter and mix well with water.
3: add the vegetables and mix well.
4: add the mixture to the hot oil and fry till golden on both sides, on medium to high, once fried place them on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: Served hot with sweet chili sauce.
