CHICKEN WHITE SAUCE CUTLETS

Ingredients

1: boiled chicken 2&1/2 cups

2: onions 1 large (chopped)

3: garlic 4 cloves (chopped)

4: salt 1ts

5: black pepper 1/2 tsp

6: fresh coriander 2 tbs

7: flour 3 tbs

8: egg 1

9: bread crumbs (for coating)

 

 

White Sauce:

 

1: flour 1/2 cup

2: butter 45g

3: milk 1 cup

4: salt 1/2 tsp

5: black pepper 1/4 tsp

 

 

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN WHITE SAUCE CUTLETS

    Sauce

    1: melt butter add flour and sauté on low flame till the aroma of flour comes, then add salt, and pepper mix well add milk keep stirring till thick, then remove the pan aside to cool.

    Chicken:

    1: heat oil 1 tbs add onions, and garlic cook till onions get transparent, then add boiled chicken, flour, salt, and pepper and mix well.

    2: mix white sauce, and coriander with the chicken and leave to chill for 1/2 hour.

    3: then shape the cutlets dip them in egg, and bread crumbs, and fry.

    4: serve hot
