Ingredients

1: chicken 1kg (cut into 12 to 16 pieces) 

2: tomatoes 6 (sliced)

3: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

4: turmeric 1/2 tsp

5: cumin seeds 1/2 tsp (dry roasted and then crushed)

6: cumin seeds 1 tsp

7: salt 1 tsp

8: red chilli powder 1 tsp

9: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp (heaped)

10: oil 1/2 cup

11: green chilli 4 (sliced)

12: fresh coriander hand full

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN TOMATO

    1: heat oil add cumin seeds, ginger & garlic paste, and chicken and fry on high flame till the chicken changes colour.

    2: add salt, red chilli, turmeric, tomatoes, and 1/2 cup water mix well, wait for a boil on high flame then bring the flame to medium cover and cook till the oil comes to the surface and the chicken is cooked completely.

    3: now add green chilli, crushed cumin, garam masala, and fresh coriander mix well.

    4: serve hot with roti or naan.
