Chicken Tikka Paratha Roll

Ingredients

 

 1: oil 4 tbsp

 2: boneless chicken 1/2 kg (cut in cubes)

 3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 4: Tikka Masala Powder 1 tbsp (heaped)

 5: cumin powder 1 tsp

 6: turmeric 1/4 tsp

 7: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 8: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 9: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp

 10: salt 1/2 tsp

 11: hot sauce 1 tbsp

 12: dark soy sauce 1 tbsp

 13: vinegar 1 tbsp

 14: lemon juice 1 tbsp

 15: coal to smoke the chicken

 

 To Assemble:

 1: Paratha

 2: Mayonnaise

 3: lettuce

 4: onions (finely sliced)

 5: sweet chilli sauce

 6: Mint Chutney 

 

Instructions

  1. Chicken Tikka Paratha Roll

     1: heat oil add the chicken, ginger & garlic paste fry on high flame till the chicken changes colour.

     2: add tikka masala, cumin powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, crushed red chilli, salt, hot sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice mix and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.

     3: add water 1/2 cup mix cover and cook on low flame for 8 minutes and then increase the heat on high and dry the water.

     4: heat a coal and smoke the chicken.

     5: check the link for paratha, mint chutney or can use readymade.

     6: take a paratha and spread mint chutney, lettuce, chicken pieces, onions, mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce and roll it.

     7: serve hot with fries and cold drinks.
