Ingredients

1: chicken 1kg (cut in 4 pieces also put cuts on the chicken)

 2: thick greek yogurt 1 cup

 3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs

 4: chicken tikka masala powder 1 packet

 5: oil 3 tbs

 6: coal 1 piece

 7: salt 1/2 ts

 

 Masala:

 

 1: onion 2 large (cut in rings)

 2: bell peppers 2 (cut in rings)

 3: green chilli 4

 4: butter 75g

 5: oil 1/4 cup & 2 tbs extra 

 6: fresh coriander handful

Instructions

  1. 1: marinate the chicken with, yogurt, ginger & garlic, tikka masala, oil cover and keep it aside for 1 hour.

     2: heat oil 1/4 cup and add the chicken and cook on high flame till it changes colour.

     3: then add water 1 cup and cook till the chicken is completely cooked and the oil comes on surface on low to medium  flame.

     4: now add salt mix and keep aside.

     5: heat oil 2tbs, butter, onion, bell pepper, green chilli and fry for 1 minute on high flame.

     6: now add the cooked chicken mix well, heat the coal add a foil place the coal a little oil cover till the smoke settles.

     7: add fresh coriander mix.

     8: serve hot with naan.
