1: add 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce to the pineapple slices, and keep aside.
2: cut the breast pieces in half and place them in a plastic bag and gently pound the chicken flat with a mallet or rolling pin, then add the teriyaki sauce, crushed black pepper mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.3: in a non-stick frying pan add 2 tbs oil and the chicken pieces do not overcrowd cook till completely cooked and no water is left in the pan and has a nice colour on the chicken, fry all the pieces and keep aside.4: now use a grill pan and grill the pineapple slices, till has a nice colour on each side.5: now in the grill add a tbs of oil and add the onions, grill them as well till get that lovely colour.6: now the same with the chicken pieces grill it and keep aside.7: heat the coal piece, add foil in the middle of the chicken then add the coal on it a little oil, cover as the smoke rises and let it be covered till it settles.8: cut the buns and warm them on a hot pan.9: to assemble the sandwich first add mayonnaise on both sides of the bun, lettuce, onion, chicken, cheese, pineapple slice, and a spoon of teriyaki sauce.10: serve hot with crisp or fries enjoy.
