  1. CHICKEN SATAY

    1: marinate chicken all the top Ingredients mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.

    2: to make the sauce: in a pan add coconut milk, peanut butter, brown sugar, fish sauce, tamarind, paprika powder, and Thai curry sauce mix well and cook on low to medium till gets a little thick, keep aside.
     
    3: after 1 to 2 hours put the chicken on the skewers.
     
    4: heat a grill pan it should be smoking, add 1 tbsp oil place the chicken, and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
     
    5: Served hot with the sauce and lemon vegs.
