Ingredients

 1: chicken 1 kg (cut into 12 pieces)

 2: onions 2 large (finely sliced and fried)

 3: thick Greek yogurt 1 cup

 4: Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

 5: salt 1 tsp

 6: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 7: saffron 1/4 tsp

 8: kewra water 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: coriander powder 2 tbsp

 10: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 11: green chilli 15 (the spicy one)

 12: oil 3/4 cup

 13: fresh coriander 1/2 bunch

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN REZALA

     1: in a blender add fresh coriander, fried onions, green chilli, water 1/2 cup blend it.

     2: heat oil add ginger & garlic, chicken, and fry till it changes color, on high flame.

     3: now add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, grinned mixture, yogurt, and water 1 cup and mix well, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium till the oil comes on the surface.

     4: then add saffron and kewra water, garam masala mix well.

     5: serve hot with roti or naan.
