CHICKEN & PINEAPPLE SANDWICH – Kids Special

Ingredients

1: boneless chicken 1/2kg (boiled with salt 1/2tsp & shredded or cut in cubes)

 2: crushed pineapple can 1 (drained and size of can is 435g)

 3: grapes 1 cup (cut in half)

 4: almond slices 1/2 cup

 5: celery 1/2 cup

 6: spring onion 2 (leave part only)

 7: apple 1 large (finely sliced)

 8: mayonnaise 1 cup (can add more) (if on diet use thick greek yogurt, cottage cheese)

 9: cream cheese 400g

 10: salt 1/2 tsp

 11: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 12: garlic powder 1/2 tsp

 13: Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp

 14: buns as many required 

Instructions

  1. 1: in a bowl add cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic powder mix well.

     2: then add chicken, pineapple, grapes, apple, almonds, celery, spring onion mix well, cover and keep in fridge for 1 to   2 hours.

     3: cut the buns in half, add the filling.

     4: serve cold as a sandwich or salad.
