Chicken Patties With Frozen Paratha

Ingredients

 For The Filling:

 1: unsalted butter 2 tbsp

 2: onions 1 medium (finely chopped)

 3: black pepper powder 1 tsp (heaped)

 4: crushed red chilli 1 tsp (heaped)

 5: salt 1 tsp (heaped)

 6: plain flour 3 tbsp

 7: milk 1 cup

 8: bell pepper 1 medium (deseeded & chopped)

 9: boneless chicken 500g (boiled & shredded)

 Other Ingredients:

 1: frozen paratha (readymade)

 2: eggs 2

Instructions

  1.  NOTE: Preheat The Oven To 350F, 180C, Gas Mark 4.

     1: melt the butter on medium flame.

     2: add onions and fry till gets soft, then add black pepper powder, crushed red chilli, salt plain flour and cook on medium to high flame for 1 minute.

     3: now add milk slowly so there are no lumps on low flame and cook for about a minute.

     4: add the bell pepper, and chicken mix well cook for a minute and leave it to cool down.

     5: dust some flour place the frozen paratha, and cut into 4 equal slices (make sure the paratha is not too soft or will be hard to handle).

     6: beat the eggs.

     7: brush the egg on one piece of paratha and add the filling as shown in the video leaving the sides, place the second piece brushed with the egg then filling, then the third piece brushed egg add the filling, and then the fourth piece and use a fork to press the sides and brush it with egg.

     8: place the patties on a baking tray with baking paper at the bottom.

     9: Transfer the tray to the oven on the middle rack and bake for 25 minutes or till golden.

    10: once baked transfer the patties to a wire rack to cool.

    11: Served with ketchup, tea and enjoy.
