Chicken Paratha
Ingredients
For Chicken Filling:
1: chicken mince 1 kg
2: green chilli 3 (finally chopped)
3: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
4: carom seeds 1 tsp
5: turmeric 1/4 tsp
6: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
7: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: coriander seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
9: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
10: salt 1 tsp
11: garlic & ginger paste 1 tbsp
12: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
For Dough:
1: wheat flour 2 cups
2: plain flour 2 cups
3: salt 1 tsp
4: oil 3 tbsp
5: warm water

Chicken Paratha
1: in a bowl add all ingredients under filling, mix well, and keep aside for 1 hour.
2: in a bowl add wheat flour, plain flour, and salt mix and then knead it with warm water, spread a little oil on the dough, cover, and leave it for 30 minutes.
3: after 30 minutes knead the dough once again before you make parathas.
4: make small balls with the dough.
5: roll the dough into a small quarter plate size.
6: spread the filling and cover it with another rolled dough, and seal the sides as shown in the video.
7: roll the paratha.
8: heat a frying pan.
9: Place the paratha and cook on one side on medium flame, then flip it and cook the other side, add butter, oil, ghee your choice, and cook on both sides till gets golden and dark spots appear.
10: to make the cheese paratha, same process but add the mozzarella cheese and cook as shown in the video.
11: Served hot with the chutney.
