Chicken Paneer

Ingredients

 1: paneer 300g (cottage cheese)

 2: oil 1/2 cup

 3: onions 2 medium (grind)

 4: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp (heaped)

 5: tomatoes 5 medium (grind)

 6: coriander powder 1 tbsp (heaped)

 7: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 8: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 9: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

10: chicken 1 kg

11: green chilli 4

12: cream 4 tbsp

13: garam masala powder 1 tsp

14: fresh coriander handful

15: green chilli 4

 

Instructions

  1.  1: heat oil add the paneer and fry till gets light golden, remove and keep aside.

     2: in the same oil add the onion, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.

     3: now add tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder mix and add the chicken and cook on high flame till the chicken changes colour add 1 glass of water, green chilli and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and oil separates.

     4: add cream, garam masala powder, fried paneer, fresh coriander, green chilli mix and simmer in low flame for 5 minutes.

     5: serve hot with roti, naan, rice.
